Hard Rock Cafe ~ San Francisco

Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco opened its doors in September 1984 with a concert featuring Cyndi Lauper which benefited the San Francisco Art Institute. The memorabilia collection was updated in January 1997, to better showcase legends who were icons from psychedelic rock era such as Jimi Hendrix, Cream (Eric Clapton's early band), The Grateful Dead and Janis Joplin.

1--120 persons Monday through Thursday
                        11.30 am - 12.30 pm
                          2.30 pm - 6 pm*
                         Friday through Sunday
                        11.30 am - Noon
                  *exact time to be determined
                    on group to group basis.

121-220 persons Monday through Sunday
                                     11.30 am - Noon
(Private buffet breakfast)  8am - 10 am

Private Parties:

150-400 persons  The entire restaurant is available for exclusive banquets, receptions and themed parties!

Location:

Between Pacific Heights and Nob Hill at the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and Sacramento. Within walking distance to:

• California Cable Car line (one block away.
• Haas-Lilienthal House.
• Japan Center.
• Shopping districts such as Fillmore Street. Chesnut and Union Street.
• Lombard aka the "Crookedest Street" in San Francisco. 

The cross streets allow for staging of buses or limousines for drop-off and pick-up.

Menus:

Group menus at all inclusive prices, or a  la carte plus local tax and 18% gratuity. Private party menu are customized based on the size of the group and cost per person for the banquet.

Payment:

A credit card number is required to confirm all group arrangements. Full prepayment by cash, company check, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club is expected at the end of the meal.
