Important Booking Conditions
These conditions should be read as they will apply to all reservations


How to Book: Complete the online booking form or telephone Globalstore Reservations on
07 5471 0431.
We suggest booking as early as possible, in peak holiday periods accommodation can be difficult to obtain. When possible an alternative choice can avoid delay.

Prices: The prices shown are supplied by the properties. Globalstore will only provide a special or lower rate if it has been authorised by the property.

Payment: Payment of deposit and balance is directly to the property. Globalstore will not accept any payment for your reservation.

Deposit: A deposit will be required within 7 days to hold the reservation. This can be by Credit Card or Cheque. The normal deposit is $100 to $200. Some properties will require a higher amount which will be advised. Credit Card information submitted to Globalstore will be passed to the property of collection.

Late Deposit Payment: If your deposit has not been received by the property within 7 days of the confirmation it could lead to cancellation. Globalstore will not be responsible should this occur.

Balance: This is payable directly to the property on check in. In peak or other seasons some properties may require payment in advance of arrival which will be advised with your confirmation.

Note: Breakfree Properties require a deposit and full payment 14 day prior to the arrival date. (Breakfree conditions)

USA - Reservation are through Lodging.com . Conditions will be shown with the confirmation and a credit card will be required. Lodging.com.conditions and payment

requirements apply to all bookings for USA - North America

Asia - Reservation are through Asiavoyage24.com . Conditions apply and a credit card will be required. Asiavoyage24.com conditions and payment requirements apply to all bookings for Asia or other destinations throughs its server.

Confirmation: Globalstore will provide a detailed confirmation by email or by facsimile or mail if requested. This provides the full address of the property, the total cost and deposit required.

Information: The information and pictures shown on the website have been supplied by the property or service provider. As things can change Globalstore will not guarantee it is correct or that you will receive the style of room shown in the pictures. If you are unhappy with the accommodation received you should take the following action.

Property Manager. You should immediately contact the reception area or manager with your complaint. The manager of the property is the only person that can authorise any changes or refunds.

Claims for refunds. These can only be made directly with the property. Globalstore only acts as agent for the property and does not collect or hold any passenger payments.

Cancellation Fee. Globalstore does not charge any cancellation fees. The property or service provider will have a cancellation policy which can result in a charge. These vary with all properties and are available on request at the time of booking. It is important you reads and understand these as they will apply should you cancel or amend as reservation.

Pictures and location maps are provided as a guide only - most apartments are privately owned and will vary in furnishings and design.

Website Information: This is being updated as the information is received from the properties. Whilst every effort will be made to maintain correct information and prices it is not guaranteed and we will not be responsible should the price or information be out of date.

When you request a reservation we will confirm the current price and availability, we are not responsible for the reservation prior to payment of the deposit.

Prices and Conditions: These are in the currency of the country concerned and are subject to change without notice. Accommodation reservations do not include meals, transfers or other items unless indicated on the confirmation. They do not include transportation costs to or from your home port.

Surcharges, Security and Bonds: These can apply at certain times of the year when a special event takes place or in Queensland the 'schoolies period' in Nov/Dec each year. These are an additional charge applied by the property. If we know these apply to a reservation, we will endeavor to advise at the time of booking. (At times we are not aware and will not accept responsibility if this is the case).

Property Management - Cancellation or Change: They are responsible for the property, any decision concerning a reservation, even if a deposit has been paid, that may result in a change of apartment or cancellation of the reservation is the managers responsibility - Globalstore must accept the decision and is not responsible.

Responsibility

Globalstore Reservations has used information provided by the properties (Hotels, Apartments, Motels, Resorts or other types of accommodation lodging) or information provided by the operator of other services.

In supplying this information and reservations, Globalstore Reservations acts as the agent of the property or other service operator. Whilst Globalstore Reservations will try to ensure the information contained in this site is correct at the time of publication, Globalstore Reservations disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.

Globalstore Reservations disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of products on the www.globalstore.com.au web site.. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. It also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or an Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator.

Travel Insurance: This is strongly recommended for all travel arrangements.
